Motherhood brings profound changes, especially in the early years.

This free, one-hour workshop is designed specifically for new mothers who are navigating the emotional and personal shifts that come with this transition and asking themselves:

Who was I?
Who am I now?
Who am I becoming?

You're not alone.

In this workshop with renowned coach Talia Gutin, you'll connect with other mothers as we explore feelings of loss and disconnection from our former selves, the challenge and importance of finding presence in our busy lives, and the journey toward intentional mothering.

Through guided reflection and discussion, you will gain valuable insights and practical strategies to support your evolving identity as a mother.
